Yard Sale
You may be wondering why you have not seen anything regarding our annual yard sale which typically happens in April. Well, this April is a busy one for the church, so we have delayed our yard sale until May 10th. This year’s sale will be inside the ARK and the Bridge of the church and our hours will be 8AM ‘til 2PM. We will of course have a wonderful selection of Bake Sale items, along with the usual yard sale faire of household, kitchen, linen and yard items. Those wishing to donate items to the sale can begin to drop them off on Sunday, May 4th from 3-5PM, and Monday thru Friday May 5th-9th from 9AM until 1PM in the ARK building. Here is the list of acceptable items you may donate: All items need to be clean and working condition.

Acceptable Items:
Small scale furniture – tables, chairs, end tables, small patio sets, etc.
Gently used or new shoes
Framed artwork
Lamps
Linens, decorative pillows, bedspreads/comforters
Household items
Kitchen items/appliances
Children toys or books
Area rugs – need to be clean, good condition and no frayed edges.
Jewelry – place in a bag or box and hand to a worker separately if donating other items.
Garden items
Sport equipment – golf clubs, bikes, boating, fishing
Pet items
Tools
Holiday items
Non-acceptable items:
Large or heavy furniture – nothing that 2 people can’t carry
Books or CD’s
Clothes
Televisions or computers
Picture frames unless they contain artwork
The Lutheran Men will be grilling up hot dogs and their fixins’ so bring your appetites.
